Kenneth Oh is a senior partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate and Blockchain & Distributed Ledger Technology practices. He is also a partner in the firm's China Practice and Indonesia practice.
Kenneth has been in legal practice since 1999 mainly in the areas of corporate finance and M&A, with a focus on early/late stage private equity as well as public equity capital markets transactions in particular IPOs and RTOs on the Singapore Exchange. Kenneth also advises on capital markets services licensing and compliance, and on a wide range of general corporate advisory work including joint ventures, corporate restructurings and debt restructuring. Kenneth is recognised in legal directories such as Legal 500 for both Capital Markets and M&A and in IFLR1000 for Capital Markets: Equity and M&A as well as Financial & Corporate Law.
Leveraging on his cross-disciplinary practice experience, Kenneth also advises on token offerings; equity investments and M&A involving blockchain projects; and various blockchain-related initiatives including establishment of crypto-exchanges, OTCs and cryptofunds. Kenneth is ranked Band 1 for Fintech for Singapore by legal directory Chambers & Partners.
Kenneth also holds independent directorship with various companies listed on the Singapore and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges and chairs their governance committees, and is an advisor to numerous blockchain projects.
